Supervision for therapists and trainees

Supervision is available for other therapists and therapy students or trainee's working with children and adolescents. This can be individual supervision either by telephone or face to face, depending upon the supervisee's location. Group supervision can also be arranged should several therapists wish to be supervised together.

The model of supervision used at Cambridge Child Therapy is integrative and relational. Supervision is informed by theories from:

  1. Child Psychotherapy
  2. The Arts Therapies (including play therapy)
  3. Attachment
  4. Neuroscience
  5. Developmental psychology and infant observation
  6. Relational theory

Supervisee's come from child psychotherapy, play therapy, creative arts and counselling backgrounds.

Clair Lewoski is on the primary supervisor list for Child Psychotherapy and Counselling Trainees at The Institute for Arts in Psychotherapy and Education. She can therefore offer supervision to IATE trainees.
